weird because i workout my abs every single day, ya there's pain but i workout through it. I do my abs every single day and have lost 4 inches from my stomach.

There you will see an important free video by a well respected doctor and qualified nutritionist revealing how you can get rid of fat. It made it possible for Madellane to get rid of her belly fat. usually with a good diet, and constant exercise, you should start to see results in a about a month or 2. but its takes a long time to get abs. so would have to make a part of your daily routine, and not just for a month or so.

i beg to differ, I workout everyday, 30 min cardio followed by 2hs of exercise a day no breaks. I have been doing it for almost 2 years now. you won't be in pain if you eat right, and have enough protein. if you want to be toned you have to push yourself.

if you really want mad results, run 30 min everyday, after do tone it up love handles, then tone it up mali booty x3, then tone it up abs x3. do these in the morning. I do these everyday none stop and i'm very happy with the results

You guys make the workouts so much fun, you both have great personalities! I have been doing your circuit workouts for three days now and I'm so excited I'm already seeing results! I'm going to start jogging how long would you suggest I do it for 30 min to an hour? Keep up the great work! :-)
