  • Hey Jay, I just upgraded to Storm 2 from Curve 8900. I personally don't care for youmail because it takes over your provider's vm app. Got any other cool app ideas? And man, your video is crystal clear. What kind of camera are you using?

  • @easyvictoreasyvictor I'm using a Flipcam, pretty cool little camera.

As for other apps, I'm going to try to make 1 to 2 posts per month. Of course, I'm just starting, hopefully I won't get lazy...

I hear what you're saying about them taking over the provider's app, but there's really no other way to do it.

  • @jayparisi @jayparisi Thanks for the info. Did you ever here about qik? It is an app that WAS available :^) on certain BB but not for the Storm 2. Is there a similar app that u know of?

  • Never heard of Qik, I just looked it up. Looks pretty cool. I have a Nextel Blackberry and the data is REAL SLOW. (unfortunately Nextel is the only signal I get at home)

Check out the HTC EVO Android phone coming out. 720p video camera.

  • Yeah my friend told me about that phone. I looked it up and it looks way cool. I am a Verizon customer and I had Sprint then T-mobile now Verizon and I wasn't happy with Sprint at all. Maybe they have changed, idk. But with Verizon, I can get service anywhere. Tunnels, elevators you name it. But I do hope BB plays catch up here in the US.
