I was driving the APC around and thought "What if I drive it up that hill?". I did a few times and did some pretty cool barrel rolls with it.

You need one of the vehicle mods out there, then stand by the door and press the use key if I remember correctly.

how can you move to 3rd person?

bind cam_4 kF4

Insert those commands into the console and then press the f1, f2, f3 or f4 key for the different camera's.
