Swasha vs. Shaman and Warrior (Stomak and Kangolas from Jubei'Thos).
For those who are curious, this happened a long time ago a few days after I hit level 70. So no, I wasn't epic'd out and I'm sure the other two players weren't either.

@TheOneAndOnlyGODBOY The orc was a resto shaman who trying it out in pvp for the first time, who was healing himself the whole time. The warrior was in battle stance and had to be in berserker stance for him to break the sap.
