Hi John thanks for the video ,very informational...im getting my general contractors license and would like my company to be an LLC. So my question is can i still have the word "inc" in my title if its Licensed as an LLC? so for example my lastr name then "inc" at the end...? i appreciate yout help..

how about if i made 250,000.00 a year and im a 1099 with no expenses which would be better for me an s corp or just to file a schedule c

@RstarNavaja Start with the LLC until your net income exceeds approximately $40,000. At that time, you would want to switch over to the S-Corp. However, if your are already an S-Corp, then leave it. It would be complicated to change it. However, you do not need to pay yourself a salary if the company is not making money. You can do that later when the company becomes profitable.
