  • Let's all listen to the chubby chick for diet advice.

  • @davemv86 No, running will make running easier for you. Strength training does nothing for stamina.

  • 1:49 Nice lake in the background.

  • @davemv86 yes it did for me :)

  • thank you sarah!! nice workout. i will try it.

  • Your both ever so gorgeous.

  • Great workout But yoga is just a little to slow for me.. I need to be moving a lot like bootcamp when i'm working out..

  • @davemv86 not really, in my experience developing strength in ur legs results in less cardiovascular abilities for the same muscle. If ur goal is to spring the mile, then yes strength training will allow u to run faster the first kilometer. If you want to run longer than that, you'd need to develop your cardiovascular strength and get ur legs used to the beating of ur body weight on the feet and legs. To make it easier to run, just lose unneccessary fat on your body.

  • I'm a guy with a big upperbody and can do lots of work on the weight room but I'm not a strong runner. After about 3/4 of a mile my legs get real weak and heavy and I have to push really hard to get to a mile. If I strength train my legs more will running get easier for me?
