Study upon study shows the benefits of breastfeeding--lower rates of obesity, lower chances of disease, and better language skills. The benefits are so great, the World Health Organization has put out guidelines for hospitals to earn a 'baby-friendly' accreditation, and one facility in Oklahoma has already qualified.
