President Montilla on OECD positionning of Andorra in the "Grey List" of Tax Heavens

Andorra, as well as other countries, is reacting to the changes that are happening in the globalized world we live in. The inclusion of Andorra in the so-called grey list of tax heavens is obviously a sensible topic and a reason for worries here and abroad. Nevertheless I think that things are being handled well - at least it is my personal opinion - and what is shown in OECDs list does not represent at all a problem for the relations between the two countries.
