Why do people ignore the fact that Batman killed Ra's Al Ghul and Two-Face in the Nolan films, but when a mook gets thrown on the ground in the Burton films, Batman's a murderer. And don't give me that "he didn't have a choice" or "he didn't have to save Ra's" bullshit. If they couldn't come up with a way to spare them, they shouldn't be writing it.

@DarthJoshReturns Two Face was an accident and he COULDN'T save Ra's. He can't carry someone with his glider wing things. Now YOU come up with a way he could have saved him. That was the whole point he couldn't save him and it was something he could live with and it's addressed in dialogue.

At what point in the Burton films does he address that he killed the joker blew up a factory full of people and burned a guy alive.

@blowshimselfupdude kane didnt even have the name. kane had an interview with detective comics editor vin sullivan who gave kane the opportunity to create the new "superman" kane took tracing paper and literally traced over superman, got rid of the s shield, gave him a mask, made it a little darker, and voila, you've got bird man! kane met with his friend finger at poe park to discuss this new "superman" finger said make it a bat instead of a bird. but you should know all this, right?

No the only time he killed was in one issue where he versed the monk. but the monk wasnt human so it dosent really count. That is the only time he killed. in the Nolan Films Ra's a chance to save himself but he chose to stay instead of jumping off the monorail. And yes that is possible and he could have survived if he had taken it. As for Harvey Dent Batman tackled Dent and they fell. Its the way that Dent fell that killed him. Plain and simple

@vinnyitaly96 The whole point of this video is that Bob Kane DIDN'T bring us the greatest hero of all time.

So the only way to do Batman dark is to have him kill? That is bullshit logic. Look at the modern comics, the Nolan films, The Animated Series, and the Arkham Asylum / Arkham City games. They're all way darker than both Burton films combined and yet Batman doesn't kill in any of the portrayals I listed.

I start to see Bill Finger's name on a bunch of the newer stuff, but that's it. I was watching Batman (the movie) and it didn't say a thing about Finger in the opening credits. Bill Finger deserved a dick-ton more than he got.

@vinnyitaly96...I, myself, formulated something along those lines, but I don't see him as being a fucking Imbecile, that's too exaggarated, and To me, it was just that he went to a Level that didn't necessarily have to be reached; He (el Bob-), wasn't great; but to me, that just meant he was somewhere "In between" the exaggarated pictures Of Good and Bad alike."

2: I don't know (quite) about saying that he's smart.

3: I don't agree (exactly), with what he said and done, but I've been handling it cautiously and carefully, and I've been seeing worse people, like Mother Teresa, in my studies.
