Excellent choice of music, excellent photo montage, and excellent message...I am proud to know you through your video, and proud of our troops everywhere, every day....

Thank you, young lady, for the moving tribute to our brave troops. This is one of the most stirring hymns I've ever heard. It brings tears each time I hear it.

This is an outstanding video. I was in Iraq under the 4th Infantry Division in 2003. Some of the unit patches that you see in this video, 101st Airborne, 173rd Airborne BDE, 1st Armored Division, 1st Infantry Division, I've had the distinct honor to serve among these Commerades in Arms during that time.

I am a U.S. Marine. I've never seen combat. When folks ask me if I ever have seen combat I always respond, "unfortunately I was fortunate."
This is an excellent video. These young men and women did not hide, did not run, and did not shrink but courageously answered the call to serve willingly.
Thank You for your courage.

U just made me cry. This is so moving. It's just makes one think about all the mothers, fathers, sons, daughters who have lost their loved ones.

They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old. Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning. We will remember them.

WOW - moving - unbelievable. Absolutely moving and touching. You have a gift for using music and imagery to reach peoples; souls.

My grandfather was a Navy man, retiring after 45 years...from Seaman Recruit to full Captain in the Medical Service Corps, as was my uncle, a Commander in the same unit. My father served, I served...but my deepest respect go to those who didn't come home. My respects also to you, young lady, who exemplifies the word "patriot". God bless you, and those who serve with you.
3:23 2nd BN 3rd FA Regiment 1AD 1BCT, I don't recall who took that photo but I do remember that day.

Which one are you? It looks it might have been a rather cold day. I am thankful for your service and I pray if you and your comrades are safe and well. Take care.

I don't know where she got it from. Somewhere on the internet, I suppose. She is now in the Navy and harder to contact. I will ask when I talk to her again. Thanks for commenting.

Thank you for your comments. They are much appreciated. This young lady is my daughter. She made this tribute just after she graduated high school about five years ago or so. She never shared it. She gave me permission to do so recently. This young lady, of whom I am very proud of, is now in the Navy, and at 24 is seriously thinking about making it a career. She is an honor graduate, and one hell of a good addition to the U.S. Navy!! Thank you again.
