Thanks Danielle :) Not sure about putting Planet Cake to shame - I wouldn't have dreamt of these cupcakes if it weren't for their cute cupcakes!! I do use the planet cake recipe - it goes really well with choc cake - mmmmm!

You're welcome. Sorry for the delay in replying. I use the recipe found in the Planet Cake Book (can't post it due to copyright) - I'd highly recommend the book.
