@InsaneTuga you idiot, I know other people are calling you out on it but the term was coined in England, the nation that started this sport. That alone gives you no right to whine about what we call it. Our football was termed because of how long the ball was, a foot. Obviously we aren't going to call the sports the same thing. It's really not a big deal that in separate parts of the world people refer to a sport by a different name. It will never change so I suggest you get over it.

Well, maybe because we dont call Rugby football like you Americans call your american football. WHy dont you call American football Soccer or some other name that would make alot more sense than callign it football and I think anyone could see that...

@InsaneTuga number one, we already have a sport here we call football, calling two sports that would be confusing, and number 2 whats wrong with the word soccer?? its just short for association (as in association football), not like there should be anything wrong with calling it that..besides the full name of rugby is rugby football, and i don't see u guys complaining about that
