It's funny because Polnareff actually turns out to be in the top 10 best stand users, even managing to cut a time erase/skipping stand's arm almost in half -during- a time erase/skip while Polnareff was in a wheelchair, without legs, missing one eye, and one good sword arm. That's how they roll in part 5, Polnareff drives around in a wheelchair and owns people...in my mind.

@Copain88 If this were part's 4 or 6 I'd say that his Star Platinum had grown to be a little overpowered, but for this I'd have to say that it's because it was angled up and only gashed the top of his skull. I'm honestly not too sure because even in the manga it's just not explained.
