  • Hauntingly lovely.

  • @hnuwer Thank you very much

  • This was a hauntingly beautiful version of "You Oughta Be Here With Me." It is unfortunate that the country music scene was deprived of such a natural talent as yours. You could've gone far!

  • @reyeshaus Thank you so much. I tried to get a manager back in the late 80's early 90's and got told repeately I was "Well you can sing, but you're too fat and ugly." And no one would sign me strictly on how I looked.

The music business is 95% what you *SEE* and 5% talent.

Now in the Days of AUTOTUNE?

Even that 5% is diminishing. It's a sad, cold hard fact that *SUCKS*.

The rest is as they say, ancient history. I sing in the car these days. But thank you for the beautiful compliment.

  • wow.

  • @AliceKramden1 Thank you very much! :)

  • @99sco Thank you very much!

  • This is great what a great voice.

  • @LaerdBryn - I was once professionally trained (I went on after this recording to study music and be vocally trained once upon a time.) However real life being what it is, 20 years later I sing in the car these days.

  • @fablespinner I hope you are still singing. If you've given up for a time please take some vocal classes. A wonderful voice like yours can get back to where it was with exercises and training. You might be surprised to find yourself better than you were even back at the age of 17. What are you doing vocally these days, anyway??

Please let us know. Blessings to you and remember, you have great talent or you couldn't have been so good on this.
