Volmar is an old, unusual Faroese name - a strange name even by our standards. The title of the song is: Volmar closes his eye. I don't know why they use eye in a singular form, it is more regular to use it in plural in all the languages I know. Well, I guess Orka doesn't do things the regular way :p
