I get that this was a visual recreation of an internet chat, but as an intact guy I found the exchange kind of disturbing. It really was the blind leading the blind... the real issue here is that we Americans, after 2 or 3 generations of routine circumcision, have lost the social knowledge of how to properly handle this body part. The foreskin is really important developmentally during childhood, but from puberty onward its function changes somewhat and we have to help it along. See next note...

@Hugh7777 No, Its to represent how males communicate one another. Like an online message board. The forest represents the cry out for help and how there is a sense of noting which coincides with the message board a digital space on a site.

The men shouting represent the distant cries of people not comfortable with their sexuality, but they still come forth to help someone who is new.

Circumcision removes the most sensitive part of a man's penis. The five most sensitive areas of the penis are on the foreskin. The transitional region from the external to the internal foreskin is the most sensitive region of the fully intact penis, and more sensitive than the most sensitive region of the circumcised penis.

ah, okay - well, I think there could be many reasons for that, unrelated to the foreskin. But I wouldn't know- you might want to talk to a urologist. Do you have reason to think it is because of the foreskin?
