yes that's right we think liberty is the enemy as opposed to a coterie of conservative judges who bend the u.s. constitution to their will. Kagan has never publicly stated that she believes in trans nationalism although i'm unsure of Koh's position on the issue. Roberts is a very brilliant but nonetheless partisan justice. It's about time that we had a judge who articulated the liberal position on key issues.

What is "liberty" about Roberts, who can't read a proper oath, and helped Jeb Bush quash a recount for his brother in exchange for appointment to the SCOTUS? That's "crony" not "liberty."

You did not answer the question. What is it about liberty that you don't like. Roberts follows the law as set out in the consitution. Obama wants someone who will rule based on feelings not the letter of the law.
