Vocal Ragdoll Cat

Bourdeaux is not your average ragdoll cat. He is VERY vocal. He meows for everything! He lets us know when he's happy, when he's upset, when he's bored, when he wants attention, when he's hungry, when he's lonely, and even when he has to go to the bathroom!

PS, He's most likely telling me "Mom! It's been 5 minutes since I last ate! I'm famished!!"

Oh my gosh yes, I think being vocal is the new Ragdoll characteristic! It's great though as you can have some amazing conversations with them and it shows their personality perfectly (Romy's meow is kind of a high pitched wail when he wants attention/food, Cheeky's is a beautiful melody and Ari's is just plain odd, haha!). Loved how you said that Bordeaux will even meow just to let you know the food bowl is almost empty, haha what a case! He's got his food priorities that boy!

Food priorities, yes! lol It's amazaing how just like babies, they have different meows for different things. I can tell when he's hungry, lonely, bored, affectionate, and irritated all by the different meows he makes.

He's so cute. Mine gets me up in the middle of the night to feed him and I don't know why. But he's cute when he does that.
