what happened to Alfa Romeo, where have the days of glory gone........... Nuvolari in the P3 at the Nurburgring, the 159, T33's. The GTA autodelta's, BTCC, the DTM days of glory. What's left today but memories. However great those memories are I want new great memories Alfa Romeo!! throw in a 8C in the FIA GT championship for starters and build a true Alfa again and humiliate the field. I'd swap my Evo VIII for a M3, AMG beating Alfa without thinking. Just build it please.

Oh really? Whereas BMW won the ETCC in 2004, and then WTCC in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Alfa Romeo got beaten every single year both in the Drivers' standings and Manafacturers' standings.
Andy Priaulx was champion in a BMW in 2004,2005,2006 and 2007. Where was Alfa?
Have a look at the numerous european titles in Touring cars BMW had in the 70's, 80's and 90's too.

@marauderjingo That Alfa wasn't, yes they did make a 4WD version, but never raced it on the track. This is RWD like the BMW, BMW prides itself on it's uniform RWD platform it has for most of it's range. Admitidly, they do a very good job too, and I secretly wish (like many other Alfistis) that Alfa kept to the RWD originality.
