You cannot move your shoulder! You can move your head and look over your shoulder! You cannot fake towards first or make any movement towards first without committing to a possible pick off! If you move your shoulder towards 1st without releasing the ball it's called a Bok/Bock!

hes right..once you come set you are NOT allowed to move your shoulder.....unless your picking someone off

you can move your sholder, but you cant make a move toward home and then pick off. then it will be a balk

just as fyi, pitching isn't referred to stepping up to the plate.. that's batting. but 14 years old is fine

yeah man im 15 and iv onlky bin pitching about 3 years and i can throw just about every pitch and im not saying im the best but yeah its a great age but if its ur first time playin ball i wouldnt start oput in enything to tuff like AAA
