if you live outside Trumbull County, you may want to type ______County Probate Court into google. I found this one was the first link. But you may need to do some searching.
"Happy Dances are permitted" Lol. I'm gonna cry a little too when it happens. Haha. I'm glad you had to do it in the same county as me, cause it makes it easier knowing exactly what to do.

ANOTHER NOTE: Don't forget to get certified copies of your name change order. Some places will not change your name without a certified copy of a name change from the court. Also, if you want to get your name changed on your birth certificate, you may need to send a certified copy of the name change order to the state department of vital statistics (I did). Extra certified copies = always a good idea.

NOTE: If you are a college student and your school has a Student Legal Services office, use them! I went to the Student Legal Services office at my former school and the lawyers there filed the application (along with the fee, which I paid) for me with the probate court. The head lawyer even came with me for my court hearing in front of the magistrate. SLS is a great service and the best $7 you will spend!
