Pity they only mention afew under par ministries...as the only ministries performing 101% are ..ministry of land & money grabbing ,ministry of power wielding,and ministry of, strategic devising of ways & means of accomplishing the afore mentioned

I think they become compromised! There are too many conflicting forces...of interest. see Museveni, he risked it all, got rid of a tyrant only for Uganda to end up with a 'smarter tyrant'. Power corrupts...sometimes absolutely! Mugabe!

have u ever noticed that the most educated men and women make the most useless ministers in the cabinet. Kiraitu is Havard educated, Ruto UoN, Anyang Nyongo is a proffesor, Saitoti too, Orengo is a top lawyer and our president was a top student at the London school of economics
Kwani they can never be able to use their education to do a better job and serve wanaichi better. I think money was wasted on them. I never went to uni but I believe I can do a better job than these clowns

Why do we have the worst politicians in all world, Karuitha? That list right there read like some kids I knew in 5th class...who always took numbers 35,36,37, 38 and 39 no matter what

I once admired Orengo, he has disappointed me greatly, Mwakwere is inept totally useless and the worst choice of minister in all the 42 of them, no wonder he is the worst, Ngilu is useless, just like she did nothing in health she is doing nothing in water department. Why is Kiraitu not on the list???
