Dil for Guitar: "sab kuch saamaany hai"

A piece for classical guitar that I composed in early 1998, when I was being inspired by Indian music. I was honored to have it performed by my friend Brian P. Goodman during the encore of his Senior Guitar Recital at Ithaca College (New York).

"Dil" was a word that I suppose I made up (it means "heart" in Hindi) as a sort of genre term (e.g. like "sonata"), this this case a sort of love serenade. I remember being quite fixated on the word "dil" at that time; it was also the name of a Hindi film-music band that I was hoping to form!
