  • I was here when she recorded the piece - it was incredible! She spent a few minutes on registrations the WHAM - this is what was recorded. She also recorded "Nimrod" in the same session, same thing, a spectacular performance with minimal preparation.

  • @Charlestheverger I was on that tour! What's your name?

  • WONDERFUL PERFORMANCE. I absolutely love her use of the tuba toward the end of this piece. I cannot help but wonder what the piece would sound like if the organ also had a chamade.

  • would be great to spend a day with Diane, at an organ, just having fun, and to hear a few stories

  • Bravo!! Bravo!! 5 *****

  • This is really a fantastic performance

  • Thank you, Bishfan!

  • "swelling" with the left foot - I find that so difficult! Two pedals at the same time not so bad, but all the while seeming to counterintuitive for some reason. A great rendition of a master piece. I also find the sounds of the organ and the space reminds me of St. Pauls in London. Anyone else find that?

  • I worship @ Grace Cathedral. Magnificent edifice, wonderful organ.. Thank you Diane. Sorry that I missed this performance

  • she makes it look so easy!
