  • @midgyman - Your friend had no idea what he was looking at then; as a potential client, we're finding it to be deep, wide, and very flexible. The organization your friend worked for might want to get a new worker.

  • @midgyman That's not what I hear. Listen again to what Fred Luddy says about Juniper Networks implementation.

  • A friend of mine evaluated it for his organization and he said it was a toy service desk.

  • Finally. Someone with the guts to start over and build an ITSM tool from the ground up. In an industry filled to the brim with vendors who sell shit and tell you its caviar, FINALLY, a tool emerges that (1) is truly flexible (2) is fully supported by a competent vendor (3) isn't built on decade old technology and ITSM standards.
