I see you are using a 5 micron and 1 micron suck filter are you actually taking a suction on the filters or is it just gravity draining? If you are taking a suction from the filters how are you creating your vacuum?

what does the oil look like after the final filtering?
-
It is always a good idea to let oil settle for at least a day or as long as you can. Water and particles will naturally sink to the bottom of your holding tank. You should suck oil from the top and never from the bottom of any storage tank. In a separate tank you should pour the oil from the top half of the holding tank then heat it to at least 100 c or 212 F. If you do not have the means to heat oil that high you should make your oil settle for a longer time and a use water filter regardless
