@robleatham Hey, I'm just wondering what loads Rob uses in the DOTM? 230 grains at 800 FPS?

@Southern661 Depends on what gun he's shooting. 180 grain in his .40 SS / Limited Guns & 147 grain in his 9 mm XD.

How do they handle the recoil like that? They make it look like they're shooting 22s! Even with a high grip and a forward leaning stance my 1911 really jumps up after each shot.

How many yards are the objects?

I tried shooting that fast on a pistol range....but my accuracy needs improvement. I got to get to the gun range more often but it's so expensive shooting .45
