Could the expendables Sequel be switching out Seagal? Stay tuned for the details!

Hey Guys I'm Chelsea Cannell for Clevver Movies!

So the action star action Vehicle the Expendables is gearing up for a part 2 which is scheduled to begin shooting later this year. And word is Sly Stallone's sequel will contain all the original cast members including Austin who was sent to the grave in the original. There is even some rumblin' that stone cold may even be getting himself an evil twin in the second go round. So far so good!

But you kinda gotta wonder if there are gonna be any other big name bad- asses joining the crew. There has been much speculation, even on Stallone's part, about who should sign on for the second go-round. Talks of Kurt Russell and Mike Tyson have occurred. A bigger part for Arnold has been discussed and the possible addition of Ryan Seacrest...What Ryan Seacrest? Really? Ok I'm sure there's a joke there but I'm not gonna reach for it.

The biggest news surrounding the movie so far seems to be the buzz that Jean-Claude Van Damme has reportedly signed on but has one stipulation -- he'll apparently only do it, WITHOUT Steven Seagal.

Despite the fact that a lot of fans were hoping to see both of the big guys comin back, apparently sinkin' Seagall seems to be no problem according to Producer Avi Lerner. Lerner reportedly doesn't wanna steven anywhere near the set after a few bad experiences with him.

Van Damme's Double Impact Director Sheldon Let-tich weighed in recently, saying QUOTE "JC seems to be leaning towards appearing in the sequel, If Steven Seagal is not in the sequel. " Let-tich then added "From what I've heard it, Steven Seagal won't be, not because of Sly, but because of producer Avi Lerner."

So while Stallone may be up in the air, Bruce Willis's return as the "Super Villian" hopefully won't be. The Star says He's loved to be apart of the sequel and barring any unforeseen Circumstances, he hopefully will be!

Casting Confirmations on Expendables 2 should be settled any day now, and of course we'll keep you updated right here on Clevver Movies.

I've even heard they consider renaming the film: "The Expendables 0.5" cause they realized their mistake.

The Expendables 2 accused of vandalizing bat colonies

The movie has been shot in Bulgaria, and as a result some of the area's endangered animals have been harmed. Zoologists conducted an inspection after the movie team had left and found that at present there are some 8,000 bats in Devetashka Cave, while last year they were 30 000.
