  • I finally managed to acquire a copy of this album a few months back. Although I did have to settle for a cassette copy rather than a CD. Oh well.

Were there any other singles taken from the Vida album or is "Sinful Wishes" the only one?

  • I love that Vida! had the semi-demolished remains of the Flyer roller-coaster from the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE or the Ex) featured on the front cover. That coaster was awesome. And the album ain't too bad, either...

    Props to Barry Harris

  • @Squeakgator I know that now, was from album Vida. Costs about $130 at amazon.ca! I've got Move to Move w I beg your Pardon and Syntonic w Liberty. Those are 2 rockin albums you should get! Are cheap! Again, do you know who sang "Over the hills and thru the woods to grandma's house we'll go", and "High high high high time I make you mine ... we're a hit you know it?" I believe it was a Vancouver synth-pop group from 80's or early 90's similar to Kon Kan! Have looked all over internet

  • @ah19741 Sorry mate, this is a 90's song. Came out in '93. ...it still rocks, though. :)

  • melhor da outta control blz

  • Awesome! 80's were best! I grew up then! Tell me anyone know "High time I make you mine, we're a hit you know it", or "Over hills and thru woods to Grandma's house we go ... Page by page and start at legend ... must be sign of times!" Believe 80's early 90's group from vancouver, similar to this

  • I worked with Barry briefly back in the mid-90's - he told me that this song was inspired by Bizarre Love Triangle...

  • Is that Barry Harris doing vocals?? I like the electronic version of this song more. :)

  • I've always loved Kon Kan's music, since I was a kid. And I still love it today. I'm totally hooked on this tune.

  • great song! aaah, 90's rock ;D
