as mush as i love PF w/ roger. i really admire how they were to re-invent themselves and continue to make great albums and perform live for many years.

@YOWspotter1 "delicate sound of thunder" was the name of the tour (87, 88). the album they were promoting was "momentary lapse of reason". first w/out rog which did incredibly well.not DSOTM well. but MLOR still great. lyrically speaking, LtF the best song i've ever heard... the lyrics are perfect and incredibly efficient and tell a perfect story from start to end "my grubby halo a vapour trail in the empty air, across the clouds i see my shadow fly out of the corner of my watering eye" OWNS!!

très bon morceau mais je préfère l'album Dark side of the moon suivi de the wall

@jjobie Actually the AMLOR tour was 1987-1990. It ended in Knebworth. Only to pick up again in 1994 with The Division Bell tour.

In my humble opinion, waterless is fine. The real magic did take place when the ego was left alone. Dark side can never be topped. As far as the greatest bands go, for me.. It's a tie between Zed and Floyd, screw the stones and Aerosmith.. To have real longevity look to Rush!

@YOWspotter1 This was the 1987-1988 tour for "A Momentary Lapse of Reason."

@TheSanityInspector Really? I would have put "Take it Back" or "One Slip" up there a bit higher than LtF.

i love post waters better, honestly. Momentary Lapse of Reason being my favorite album.
