  • wow i just started with hooping and you are just wonderful <3

  • @OperationTubeYou ohhh thank you! Im excited for you! Happy Hooping :)

  • Can anyone help me? I hoop to the left and use my right leg as a pusher and left is the more stationary leg. I have problems raising it and when I switch legs it doesnt feel right at all!

  • @GCYMSgtMaj try watching the other knee hooping video i have on here.......if you practice trying to take turns between which leg is pushing you will be able to do soooo much more in your hoop dance. This lets you walk turn dance and spin while knee (thigh) hooping. Do you mean raise the hoop or raise your leg out of the hoop to one leg? Raising the hoops comes natural when you alternate in about a two count fashion between each leg pushing.

  • I like a lot the way you hoop! Because some reason I cant define, my knee hooping is very low. You seem to hoop at the middle of your legs and my hoop spins just above my knee. I think this is why I cant swirl while hooping because the hoop falls down! Do you have any ideas on what can I do to hoop around the legs and not around the knees?

  • @vetelejos did i ever reply to you babe? if not im very sorry! Contact me with any questions you may still have!

  • <3 hoopbruises :)

  • omg thanks I just got it after months of trying this

  • This explains what I've kind of suspected. I saw SaFire's knee hooping video, but I don't recall her explaining what the standing leg did. She just emphasized the pusher leg. I'm still pretty bad at knee hooping, though, but maybe this will help me more. Thanks! :)

  • @Tripp2144 you are soo welcome! When you are shimmying (if you hoop to the left) try pulling that left leg away from your body as you turn left. Really over exaggerate that pusher leg almost more of a hip and leg pop to the left instead of a shimmy this might help <3

  • YES! this is amazing! ive been having so many problems with this....knowing what the right leg needs to do is exactly what i needed to know! still trying to shimmy it back up but now i finally feel like progress is made! thanks for the video!!
