Counter to the popular sprouting approach involving daily rinsing and draining, the Marche Method yields beautiful sprouts with little or no work!

Ann Wigmore pioneered that method of sprouting. And she is my role model for raw food. But nonetheless, I am glad that I have found the Marche Method to make my sprouting simpler, natural and more powerful.

  • OK CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE MARCHE METHOD CONSISTS OF... ALL THIS SUSPENSE IS ALREADY UPSETTING!!!

  • @debbieorr1 (grin) unfortunately, the essence of salesmanship is to create a sense of curiosity and then lead the prospect to the tool and let the tool do the work. Wealth is a function of the goods, ideas and services offered to human. So, both Mr. Marche and I have profited from making contact with the public and offering his discovery. Some people feel everything should be free. Well, that debate could go on a long time. I didnt intentionally make this a sales video but have made 90.00.

  • How do you prevent mold, fungus and bacteria from building? Even if you start with Sterile equipment and take an insane amount of time sterilizing your seeds (H2O2 I presume?), your still letting unclean air in. Unless you install a HVAC system with filters, and ozone...... You and Marsche have fun giving people e.coli. I think I'll rinse, but thanks anyway.

  • @tphroc Are you a raw foodist yet still in agreement with the Germ Theory? How many creatures in Nature freak out worrying about bacterial threats? It never ceases to amaze me how many people subscribe to germ theories. I eat things with "mold" and "fungus" growing on them all the time -- ants, flies, etc do as well. A mushroom is a fungus.

  • That Marche method sounds intriguing. Is there more stuff needed then with the common glass jar & water-method ?

  • @megalodonNL well less water since you only use water at the beginning. So I suppose the reduction is in man-hours of maintenance mainly.

  • @thequietcentre ...

I know, it's weird isn't it. I pick veggies from my garden and only brush off the soil and then eat. I am a raw foodist and I figure since the animals don't wash their food, there is no need for me to. I have had this attitude to germs all my life so I have a good immune system :o)

  • @davian3 The comment for the video spells that word and links you to the website.

  • At least spell 'marshay' 'marshet' or what ever. Why tell us about something and then not direct?
