The Lake Jacomo Monster

Sunset at a fishing point on Lake Jacomo, Missouri, on Sunday, October 18th, 2009. We spy a water fowl on the lake, or so we think. Then we realize it isn't a goose or duck. Can you tell what it is? Remember, it swam across a wide expanse of choppy lake water to our shoreline. Amazing! We had no idea they could do that!

Definitely a deer! I deer hunt at Truman lake and it every year.

Sure looks like a deer to me. I took some video of a deer crossing Lake Harrisonville & posted it on my channel. I just wish I would have been able to get closer to it for better footage. I was actually able to catch footage of it exiting the lake.

I thought it was a god at first, but a deer makes more sense.

Its a Deer swimming across the lake. I've seen many do that at Lake Jacomo.
