The hadis he used are weak hadis, and scholars explained that greatly. Please, listen to Shaikh Anwar Al Awlaqi. Do not listen to this actor. Who is he? Who gave him a right to speak in the name of Islam? Who gave him right o define what is jihad? Who gave him the right to interpret quraan? he is twisting the meanings, and leaving the other ahkaam. Islamic scholarship is not pick and choose. It should be comprehensive. Plus, the video uses background music which is haraam in Islam.
