wow i did this same tutorial i just went in a different direction I'm just now going to be modeling the ground for it

actually the ground plane is simply displaced using the displace modifier

I am just looking for some help making under water animation, your model has inspired me! I have a question, if I animate a fish swimming would need extra effects to make the water more "watery"?? like bubbles?

Bro, have u ever made a tutorial about this? at the moment im doing a white shark and then I said "why not trying animating it with a scene?"

and searching tutorials by google isnt that helpful, the only TRULY AWESOME WATER SCENE i have found is this.
