Port St Mary harbour, crab and lobster fishing, and better management of our sea

Phil gives his thoughts on much needed improvements to PSM harbour as well as describing his concerns over a possible threat to our crab and lobster fisheries.

As fisheries Minister Phil developed a good working relationship with the UK Secretary of State and fisheries Ministers in Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. He expresses his desire to see the new Fisheries Bill which he developed brought in to force so that the Isle of Man is better able to manage fishing in its territorial sea.
