@JMPrudomTube English does have Romani loan words, but romantic isn't one of them. That comes from Vulgar Latin... as does French, Romani, Portuguese, the Spanishes, Italian etc...

What a load of crap! I love Django, but if anyone could be credited as "practically inventing Jazz guitar, it's Eddie Lang. That Django invented Jazz guitar would also be news to Charlie Christian, Carl Kress etc...

I love Django - even named my youngest son Django. But he "... didn't practically invent the jazz guitar". But they do cite Eddie Lang. I hope Charlie Christian et al are given credit...
