@Offroadersdotcom um i dunno, ive taken some pretty shitty cars at fast rates of speed on trail like this, as long as you keep speed the car will with some damage pound through some gnarly ruts, even jeeps are not exactly cut out for baja style runs without major mods, you would need adjustable coil over shocks/struts because leaf springs would simply bounce you off the road.

No, actually the Jeep never started as a whole Jeep, it started as parts from many Jeeps. It was a frame up build from desired parts like the AMC 360 out of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The whole project is documented on the offroaders:com website. Look on the upper left for Project CJ-7.

What you don't realize is the ruts in that trail would swallow up your civics wheels.
