"Baby, What You Want Me To Do" was written and first recorded by the legendary blues artist Jimmy Reed in 1959. The song has since become a popular blues piece for a number of artists including Elvis Presley and in 1964 for the great Etta James.

Elvis covered this in his 68 TV special and during one part of the stand show he did wasn't ment to be recorded but he just did it during a technical hitch and it was recorded in full,it's on Youtube. I have a recording of him at a friends house in 73 doing a rough version of this.

@1954771 Of course, both Etta and Elvis "covered" Jimmy Reed's original...Elvis was a huge Jimmy Reed fan covering several of his hits.
