The Mormon church has been trying to give away their Book of Mormon to anyone who will accept it, claiming that it is "Another Testament of Jesus Christ", is this claim true? This video looks at some of the very serious problems that there are with this book.

  • The internet will be the death of mormism and the LDS church is in a panic over it but really its there own fault for not admitting flaws in there belief and are too ignorant to accept it.

  • @wachnathan The scary thing to me, is that the Mormon church is definitely not gaining much ground, which is good, as far as increasing in numbers dramatically. But they R maintaining numbers fairly well, in spite of the blaring reality of their hopeless fraud of a belief system. Belief will trump truth, in a persons mind, all the time. If a person wants to believe something, they can stare right at truth that contradicts plainly their belief, and not even be able to see the truth 4 what it is.

  • Joseph used Solomon Spaulding's book, called "Manuscript Found in the wilderness of Mormon" as a starting place.

Sidney Rigdon secretly acquired the Spaulding document from a Pittsburgh printer named Lambdin.

Lambdin placed the 'Manuscript Found' in the hands of Rigdon to be "embellished, altered, and added to as he might think expedient"

Spaulding originally intended the manuscript to be published for profit as fiction.

    Satan had another plan.

    Joseph actually plagiarized 2 documents.

  • @hammerogod Joseph was a master of plagiarism. From what I have seen, he plagiarized the Spaulding document, the Bible, many newspapers of his day, his temple ceremonies were taken from Masonry, and I don't think anyone will ever really know just how many sources Joseph borrowed from. Some of what he did had to have been his own imagination, but he certainly had many sources that he borrowed or plagiarized from, while freely altering things to suit his purposes.

  • Question: How do Mormons resolve the statements about "hell fire" with their own cosmology that does not seem to include a concept of Hell, except as it applies to Judas and (if memory serves) Oliver Cowdrey?

  • Mormonism is dying because of the internet. Praise God!

  • @carterfamily8903 Agreed!

  • for all the mormons out there i just have one thing to say "utlm.org utlm.org utlm.org"

  • @boringify But it's a different God, and a different Jesus. Read Galatians 1.

  • @boringify It's because Joseph Smith was a liar and didn't do anything he said. I watched a show called Joseph Smith's First Vision. In that show which is used by Mormon missionaries, it explains how Joseph had a lot of confusion in his youth and was always looking for the right beliefs. He was also known for telling tall tales and such. So, he obviously read the bible... plagiarized a lot of the materials, and made himself his own prophet. This is all written in history. Suck on it.....
