  • Watching Paul Sorvino cry made this worth watching. Could a parent be any more proud?

  • I love this clip because most "Hollywood types" try to act cool or blasé, but Paul Sorvino just blubbered. Awesome. Proud Papa.

  • When Billy Crystal introduced Mira the following year to present the award he added "and I certainly hope her father has stopped crying by now". Brilliant.

  • Just watched her in "Human Trafficking" & I think that was around 2005. Good actress.

  • Wow Makes being a father worthwile. And was Quentin Taratino her date ??

  • Awwrite Screw ego, I am calling my father.

  • holy shit. her dad is paulie from goodfellas. never knew that.

  • She has never looked more classy and beautiful than she does right here. Good for her!

  • @heratomicclock How can you say that?

  • I love her!

  • What the hell was wrong with Martin Landau? He did not present with the award until she was done with her speech. Makes no sense. But she deserved to win, looked lovely, and is a wonderful actress who unfortunately has fallen under the supporting actress curse, for we rarely see her in anything anymore. Her father's emotion was a great Oscar moment.
