Taliek Brown, Rashad Anderson Two Of My Favorite Huskies Of All Time, and two of the most unappreciated. Without those two guys those teams wuldn't have been nearly as complete. Gordon and Okafor were still pretty damn good tho haha. Charlie V, Mwill etc. what a great team.

So I think a new one needs to be made for this year!!!!

HERE COMES UCONN AGAIN!!! SE YA MONDAY FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP!!

Taliek Brown was amazing. he controlled the floor so well. i think he gets ignored cus gordon and emeka was in the spotlight for most of the time. but taliek would embarrass his opponents with his passing skills. i love gordon and emeka , boone, anderson, denim, and the whole team... but taliek is so under-appreciated , sometimes it seems unfair.
gordon = the sharpshooter
emeka = the strength, the power
taliek = the glue that held the team together

@sjm277545 actually 2006 shoulda been the 3rd title.. underachieving ass Rudy Gay... ugh..
-
Yeah the final was a complete dud, as you mentioned the semi-finals were the two best combined of any final four that I can remember.
-

Uconn's 2004 National Championship is easily one of the best teams in the history of college basketball. They had matured players with experience that knew how to win.
They could rebound, play great interior defense, and score on offense anyway they choose to. They also had a great team balance and depth that most teams can only dream of. The 2004 team is great example on how to build a successful college basketball team to do what every team and player thrives for, a national championship.
