Well I don't have really problems with the girls: May, Misty, Dawn or Iris. But still I like Misty more, maybe cuz she was the first girl that travelled with Ash... She showed some interessed in him and in some episodes Ash did the same (I think it were some episode in orange islands). So I think I would go for Misty anyway.
