I think this is still great for people who are shedding, the calorie/fat content aren't that high. The coconut milk has almost the same content as the coconut oil that I use in my foods

hi there, did you know that. Philippine housewives allow coconut milk to ferment and gather mold. They then cook this mold into a mouth-watering jelly, the nata de coco.

finally cut off enough bodyfat to start adding in more calories for a bit of mass gain, when im shopping on sunday these ingredients will be the first things i grab, looks delish!

Nice video. I made this tonight for the first time. Slowly transitioning myself (and dragging my family with me) into paleo. I went with raspberries instead of strawberries, and added some almond butter. My 9yo daughter and I both love it!
Looking forward to playing with this recipe in the weeks to come.

Coming more and more into use is banana powder, which those few who cannot tolerate truly ripe raw bananas can readily digest.
