I moved to central Oregon even though I work in Eugene. Eugene is filthy, I got fined and my dog quarantined for biting a homeless guy who ransacked my trash and pissed on my driveway. The dog was licensed and current on all shots and never left the property even though the bum was on my driveway my dog was taken away, not the bum. I could have shot him for trespassing and gotten off easier. Fuck Eugene.
