  • I have an automatic if not I'd go do a couple right now in an empty parking lot lol

  • @cycoboy817 WIth the automatic, put it in "2" and give ourself a little more space and speed

  • can you do doughnuts in an open diff?

  • @90sideways Most people will tell you no, and when it comes to small donuts like the ones shown here, they're right.

With an open diff you need a lot more space and speed to do a donut (which is actually going to be just a really big slide)---don't listen to the nay-sayers, I've done it plenty of times in open diff cars with enough space and speed

  • are you shifting while doing this? what gear are you in around those turns if not?

  • @RenegadeStormTrooper Most donuts in first, if you want to go a little wider, try second

  • @DogyKane make sure you put the clutch in

  • @MrPsilokomenos unfortunately you can't sustain donuts like in this video in a FWD car, but you can learn more about how your car reacts to the ebrake

  • @greensp4rk it's alright--just disable traction control, crank the steering wheel all the way to the right (or left) and mash the gas. It'll get them started

  • @jonee140 can't do donuts like this with FWD unfortunately

  • @ThaddeusBA your car is front-wheel drive (power of the motor goes to the front wheels) so you can't do donuts like this with it

  • @brainiac147 unfortunately you can not.

  • Can you do this with a car thats fwd?

  • @driftheroesdotcom my car has no "2" that I see anyway. 2000 tiburon

  • when do you release the e-brake?

  • @driftheroesdotcom i have a honda hatchback dx auto for now and how do i drift and do donuts or burnouts?
