Another video featuring this 52 Key Verbeeck street organ which was created in the Dutch style and goes by the name 'Amsterdam Girl': it is heard here playing two books, 'Heute Nacht Oder Nie' and an Amsterdam Medley (with a slight registration gremlin at one point), at the Cromford Steam Rally on 6th August 2011.
While looking very similar to the Dutch street organs or draaiorgels, this instrument lacks the large wheel for hand-turning books of music. It also has an electronic microswitch mounted next to the keyframe which acts as a cutoff when the music book ends and prevents the pipes sounding if the operator happens to be busy at that point..
The organ does have a superbly decorative and painted front, along with nice figures.
will this organ be at Widnes this year? I hope so!

@thenardierlimonairre When I spoke to the owner at Cromford he wasn't sure if he would take this one or a smaller Verbeeck. We will see what happens... Thanks for the comment.

Sorry, but what is a registration gremlin?

@GDupons It's not necessary to apologise - I am sorry for using a 'non-technical' phrase! In this case what happened is that a rank of pipes turned on properly but then something caused it to turn off long before it should have done - sometimes the holes in the music can cause this to happen if not quite aligned, or a tear occurs, other times it can happen just for no real reason, like with anything mechanical.
