  • I really, really miss the show.

  • The thing is it's not just his accent, his actual voice also changes... it's definately lower. He sounds totally different not just with a different accent.

  • why is it that great shows like this are soo damn short while crap shows (basically all soaps) are so long... it isn't fair. come on house wives stop watching all that unbelievable crap and start watching better shows like BSG. (and lets face it, BSG is more realistic than half the scenario's that take place in soap opera's, people don't die come back and die again ffs)

  • Holy shit, was not expecting Apollo to be a fellow Brit! :D

  • he should be the next james bond after craig. just imagine. he fits the profile.

  • @EnigmaDrath well, that's true... I haven't seen many movies where Americans do BrE (and I was aware of it), except for LotR perhaps, about which I forgot because that was so long ago [in times when I did not care about accents at all :)].

    thanks, really

  • @drvonbod

Renee Zellweger did a good English accent for Bridget Jones' Diary, as did Elijah Woods and Sean Austin in LotR. There are a number of American actors who are actually quite capable of speaking in a convincing English accent, but I suppose the atrocity that was Dick van Dyke's attempt at a cockney accent in Mary Poppins scarred us for life and many are far more critical of Americans speaking BrE than they are of English speaking AmE.

Also, Bamber's dad is American :)

  • Jamie Bamber's father is American. Hence why his American accent sounds so natural.

  • Respond to this video...

Seriously. His wife is so friggin lucky.

  • @PurpleNiobe

  • @vBDKv I used to think that he was American Lol
