Typically Cabrini Green and the Robert Taylor homes get all the attention, but really the Rosenwalds (47th & Michigan/Wabash) was always more intriguing than those two projects. Famous people lived in the Rosenwalds off and on; it wasn't congested at all like those two aforementioned projects, and it was more appreciative once you got inside the complex, far as the ambiance goes. I really enjoyed living there as a kid during the late 90s, just dreaded going to the Robert Taylor Homes on ocasions
