PEACEFUL WARRIOR STAR SCOTT MECHLOWICZ SHAPES UP

Scott Mechlowicz had his work cut out for him to play college gymnast Dan Millman in Peaceful Warrior. Scott talks about his work-out regime to get in shape for the character.

"You know we had a couple of months and a very strict diet and two hours working out in the morning and three hours gymnastics at night six to eight days a week so it was an intense change of lifestyle. But I loved it and I really wanted to get it as authentic and accurate as possible and we just had great people working with us. Jim Foody was our coach and he's a national champion so you can't get much higher standards than that to get it authentic so that was really good."

AMAZING MOVIE!!

I just watched it like half an hour ago and I'm still mesmerized by the beautiful message of it: great values, incredible acting and lots of eye candy, it's the whole package!! lol =P
